The Seed Within Therapy

Hello! My name is Ashley and I am a Holistic Psychotherapist specializing in HSP's (highly sensitive persons). I help client's reconnect to their inner child with a focus on energy healing. Depending on each individual’s needs, I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques and elements of CBT (cognitive based therapy) as well as EFT (emotional freedom technique). My passion lies in the work I do with YOU to discover YOUR authentic self. Together, we will find where the disconnect is between what you want and what you are currently receiving. I will help you become more aware of the messages our bodies are constantly sending us, as they store every experience we go through, from the good to the not so good. With me as your therapist, you will feel more present, grounded, and aligned with your truest and highest self. It is my goal to meet you where you are on your path to a more meaningful and mindful life. I believe that the world needs more of who we were all meant to be.
